Dr. Lieblick and Dr. Rehrer are members of the American Society of Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry (ASIRD) and work hand-in-hand with their dental partners to perpetuate their goal of providing quality surgical and restorative patient care and elevate the standards of surgical and restorative dental education and practice.

Why is it important to work with an ASIRD dental implant surgeon?

As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Lieblick and Dr. Rehrer are the only dental specialists recognized by the American Dental Association as highly trained and qualified to place dental implants. They work with their partner dentists to provide exceptional prosthetic replacement using advanced technology, such as digital design and manufacturing of the prosthesis. As ASIRD-sponsored surgeons, they actively participate in the training and education of other ASIRD dental providers to ensure quality care.

Would you like to be a member of ASIRD?

The American Society of Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry is an organization dedicated to educating consumers on the value of a specially trained surgeon and dentist team. ASIRD was organized for the primary purpose of improving the quality of care for dental implant patients by elevating the standards of surgical and restorative dental education and practice. The dentist and surgeon work together throughout the process and are committed to providing customized, patient-specific, long-term solutions to dental implant needs. Membership in the society is by invitation only and restricted to top implant teams throughout the country.

ASIRD members must undergo an application process, peer review, and license verification. Members must demonstrate that implants are a routine part of their private practice and maintain active participation in an ASIRD-qualified dental implant education program. By actively participating together in ASIRD-qualified dental implant education programs, you will be able to offer your patients cutting-edge technologies and advanced innovations.

Advance Your Education With Our Mini-Residency Program

Proper dental implant training is difficult to come by. Most continuing education courses designed to provide doctors with the knowledge necessary to be excellent dental implant clinicians fall woefully short. Study clubs are often a place where doctors can try to glean information but rarely is it implemented. This is why Beacon has created our training program.

The Beacon Dental Implant Mini-Residency Program, in cooperation with the Biomet 3i Synergy Training Program, is a true training program for the restoration of dental implants. We integrate treatment planning, clinical academics, hands-on sessions, staff training, systems organization, and business training to help your practice become masters at dental implant treatment. Our partnering restorative doctors experience dramatic practice growth and are positioned at the upper echelon of treatment providers. Become involved in the mini-residency and see how we can help your practice.

Mini-Residency Levels:

  • Advanced 1st Year
  • Advanced 2nd Year
  • Graduate Course (3rd Year)
  • Course (3rd Year)
  • Master’s Course (4th Year and Beyond)
