Beacon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons developed a state-of-the-art online resource with informational videos, training program opportunities, patient testimonials, and easy-to-follow instructions
The team at Beacon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons is providing a whole new way for patients to view their surgical care by offering a state-of-the-art resource that can be found at www.beaconoms.com. From what to do prior to receiving anesthesia, to learning when it is best to have wisdom teeth removed, Beacon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons’ resource delivers everything patients need to know.
“Many patients who have never had surgery or who have never received anesthesia before often experience a great deal of anxiety and uncertainty about what to expect,” said Brandon Rehrer, DDS, of Beacon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. “We direct these patients to our online resource so they can see videos of our former patients describing their experience, learn about the specific pre- and post-operative instructions they should follow, and see who they will be interacting with throughout their visit. After spending time on www.beaconoms.com and coming in for their consultation, countless patients have told us they feel much more at ease about their procedure.”
In addition to the information that is available to patients on the new online resource, Dr. Brandon Rehrer and Dr. Russell Lieblick have also dedicated a section of the website to industry professionals seeking advanced continuing education opportunities. While typical study clubs are designed to provide doctors with the knowledge necessary to excel at their craft, Beacon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons created their own training program – in cooperation with the Biomet 3i Synergy Training Program – for advanced training in the restoration of dental implants. In their customized Implant Mini-Residency, Doctors Rehrer and Lieblick integrate treatment planning, clinical academics, hands-on sessions, staff training, systems organization, and business training to help practices become masters at dental implant treatment.
“Through our courses, doctors learn clinical skills and build confidence in dental implant treatment,” said Russell Lieblick, DMD. “Doctors that put in the effort will see exponential growth and turn their basic oral surgery practices into true dental implant practices. We’ve seen enormous success when doctors and staff members train hand-in-hand to create a practice that is truly special.”
The comprehensive online resource at www.beaconoms.com provides visitors of all types with the information they need. Patients can learn about the various procedures that Doctors Rehrer and Lieblick perform, including dental implants, DIEM full arch replacement, bone grafting, wisdom tooth extraction, facial trauma, jaw surgery, and more. Professionals can find out about the opportunities available to them to take their practice to the next level.
