Meet Cathie

"My name is Cathie; I work with Keilman Dental Clinic in The Dalles, Oregon. A long time ago, I had a root canal done on a lower tooth. There was really no choice to save it. It was either take it out and put nothing there or take it out and put an implant there and have something permanent. At first, I kind of fought the idea because I thought I was too young to have an implant, but the more I’ve learned about it, the more I realized it’s really the final restoration to have—it’s the best restoration to have. It will not fail. It’s definitely natural; my bite comes together really good so I don’t even know I have something different in there. It just healed really great; I didn’t have any problems whatsoever."
