They treat the patients really well; they're really good about explaining everything to the patient and then taking good care of the patient when they're there and ending up with a really good result. The patients when they come back from Beacon, they almost always had a really good experience. The best thing is that they understand what's going on. They understand what their treatment is going to be, or if they have more questions from my end, they're able to ask me those questions so that everyone can be on the same page and end up with a really good treatment result.
